Welcome, aspiring polyglot! Something I have noticed over the past decade is that people tend to underestimate their language abilities. Some people overestimate them, but that is few and far between. For those who are underestimating their abilities, it can be be frustrating and cause crippling anxiety. How do I know this? I was in those shoes 5 years ago. In fact, every time I learn a new language I feel that I am back in those shoes.
That is why I’m going to offer a free language assessment to the first 30 people who sign up. Unfortunately, I won’t have time for more than 30, but perhaps I’ll have another round in the mid year when some time frees up.
If you are interested, secure your spot by filling out this form:
Once I have that from you, I will put together a small “quiz” that we will use to assess your level and create a plan for you moving forward in 2025. The call should take no longer than an hour, but we will schedule in something that works for both of us. Since everything I do is individualized, this will be as well.
Going into 2026 bilingual is 100% your choice right now. I’ll do what I can to facilitate it, but at the end of the day you have to make the decision to show up and follow the plan every day. This last year I watched dozens of people take control of their education and add another language under their belt, I hope you’ll take this opportunity to do the same. If you don’t, though, all it will have cost you is an hour of your time.
Irrespective of the path forward, it is going to be difficult. But I have confidence that you will be able to do difficult things and become great, so let me lay out some difficult things for you to do so that I might be granted the privilege of watching as you become great. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
PS: In order to bolster your New Years Resolutions, I am going to offer a FREE 1 month premium subscription to all of you.
